Formed in Northwest Montana in the Late 90's, KFit (as we call ourselves) has been bringing the party to the people for over two decades!  From Whitefish, Kalispell and Bigfork to all over the Pacific Northwest

Growing up in Montana, we all developed a love for music and spent much of our childhood and teen years locked away in our rooms trying to sound like our idols on the radio.   

  K'Niption Fit brings the party every time we play and features a lineup of seasoned musicians.  We all have a history of playing with different groups and been lucky enough to experience performing with, sharing the stage and  music festival lineups  with many top musicians and members of legendary bands such as Journey,  Night Ranger, Damn Yankees, Bush, Jefferson Starship, Extreme, Sugar Ray and more.
